1. TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION AND LEGAL REGULATION
In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it is reported that the owner of the website www.moralejafootballacademy.com is CD La Moraleja CF (hereinafter, La Moraleja CF) with its registered office at C/Iris, 62, 28109, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain, with CIF number G86548435, registered in the Registry of Associations of the Community of Madrid.
2. REGISTRATIONS
The registration of the player in the proposed activity and the confirmation of the enrollment reservation require payment of an amount equivalent to 30% of the total price of the activity. The remaining payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedules established for each activity.
If the reservation payment has not been made, the club cannot guarantee a spot in the activity at the time it begins.
3. CONTRACTUAL CONDITION
The execution of the activity is subject to the enrollment of a minimum number of participants necessary for its proper development. If the required number of participants is not reached, the club may cancel the activity without compensation for the player (the reservation payment will always be refunded), provided the club notifies this no later than 3 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the activity.
4. CANCELLATIONS
The amounts paid for each activity are considered as payment for the entire activity, as the expenses are calculated based on the activity and each player. Therefore, no amount will be refunded if a player withdraws before the activity ends.
If the player withdraws for reasons unrelated to the club, they will not be exempt from paying the remaining installments of the activity and must cover the full cost. In cases of force majeure, the club will evaluate ways to compensate families for unused services.
5. ACTIVITY PRICE
The price of the activity offered on this website includes VAT where applicable, as well as federal insurance and the cost of the federation membership.
The cost and responsibility for transportation, when the club does not provide a transportation service, will not be assumed by the club.
The club reserves the right not to summon players to matches if they are not up to date with payments by the specified dates.
6. AUTHORIZATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
By accepting these terms and conditions, the player, as well as their parent/guardian or family members, agree to comply with the club’s current rules and regulations, the FFM regulations, and the Sports Discipline Law of the Community of Madrid.
Additionally, the player is expressly authorized to participate in training and matches with La Moraleja CF during the duration of the activity.
The club is also authorized to use the player’s image in relation to football activities, as well as to promote and publicize the activities carried out by the club through print media, the club’s website, social networks, software applications, advertisements on club uniforms, or any other means the club deems beneficial for promoting its activities.
7. DOCUMENTATION
The player is required to provide all necessary documentation for the activity. This documentation will be limited to what is requested by the FFM or the organizing entity.
If the player fails to provide the required documentation in a timely and correct manner, the club will not allow the player to fully participate in the activity. The responsibility for resolving such issues will rest with the player or their parent/guardian.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
The organizing club is exempt from liability for non-performance or poor performance of the contract in the following cases: when caused by force majeure (an abnormal and unforeseeable circumstance), when it is due to an event that neither the organizing club nor the providers could have avoided despite due diligence, or when it is attributable to the player or a third party.
If services are affected due to weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events, the club commits to taking all necessary steps to support affected players, but any financial impact, accommodation, meals, transportation, or other expenses resulting from these situations will be borne solely by the player.
The player is required to notify the club in writing as soon as possible of any contract breaches observed during the activity.
9. INSURANCE
The activities offered in this brochure, which are linked to the FFM, include the contracting of a medical expense insurance policy called «Federative Insurance.» The details of this policy can be reviewed at the FFM (Madrid Football Federation) headquarters.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained through this contract will become part of files managed by La Moraleja CF and will be processed to fulfill the obligations arising from this contract, as well as to send you information about products and services directly related to the contractual purpose via email, postal mail, or fax, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Law 32/2003 on General Telecommunications.
